What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00–21:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Both require advance booking and prepayment, and cost ¥2,000 each (tax included). Early check-in is 13:00–15:00 and late check-out is 10:00–12:00. During peak periods, we may be unable to accommodate requests depending on bookings before and after your stay.
Can we have a BBQ?
Available with advance booking and prepayment (¥5,500 per session, tax included / for 5–6 people, charcoal, grill net and all equipment included). Bookable from 4/1 to 10/31 (month/day); closed for winter from 11/1 to 3/31.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Only dogs are allowed. We ask you to submit a signed agreement for your stay.
Is there a sauna?
There is no permanent sauna, but you can rent a tent sauna (paid, advance booking required).
Is parking available?
Yes, this property has its own private parking (free, no reservation needed). [Winter (approx. 12/15–3/31)] On-site parking is not available in winter due to snow removal. Please park at a nearby paid parking lot, and we will take you to the property by shuttle bus. Please carpool whenever possible.
What should I know about driving here in winter?
A 4WD (four-wheel-drive) vehicle fitted with studless (winter) tires is required. 2WD vehicles cannot be used, even SUVs or large vehicles, and even with tire chains. The roads around the property are steep, and every guest who has arrived in a 2WD so far has gotten stuck. If you rent a car, be sure to choose 4WD.
Are there quiet hours?
Out of consideration for our neighbors, please keep voices and noise down and spend a quiet time between 20:00 and 7:00 the next morning.
Can we borrow a baby crib or baby chair?
Available on request in advance. After booking, please let us know via our contact form.
What payment methods are accepted?
We are completely cashless, so cash payment on-site is not accepted. Please pay in advance (by credit card, etc.).
