How to Book
Bookings are handled through Beds24, an external booking and payment system.
Here's a 5-step guide from searching for availability to a confirmed booking.

Choose a property and dates on our site
Choose a property from the property list or availability search, then click the "Book" button.

Check availability and rates on Beds24
You will be taken to Beds24, an external booking system. Please check availability and rates on the calendar.

Enter guest details
Please enter the lead guest's name, email address, number of guests, etc.

Prepay by credit card
We are fully cashless, so we ask for payment in advance. Cash payment on site is not accepted. Card details are entered on the Beds24 payment screen, so our site never handles them.

Receive your booking confirmation email
We will send you a booking confirmation email. We will send you the key box code by the day before your stay, so on the day, simply head straight to the property.
Having trouble with the booking screen?
Due to the booking system's specifications, it may be displayed in English. The fields are, from top to bottom: name (first name, then last name), email address and phone number. You can use your browser's translation feature to display it in Japanese.
You can reselect dates from the calendar (check-in / check-out fields) at the top of the booking screen. If you can't go back, please start again from the property page on our site and click "Book".
If you see a "Book" checkbox in the room list, check the room you want, then proceed to the booking button at the bottom of the screen.
Please check your card number, expiry date and security code, then try again. If the error keeps occurring, please try a different card or contact your card issuer.
